Getting the Most out of Mondays:
Do you welcome or dread Mondays? Whichever the case, I'm pretty sure you would still want to get through this day with some degree of success. Here are a few tips: 1.) If you are welcoming Mondays, kudos to you because you have already set in motion a positive flow of thought energy. If you are dreading today, take a pause. Now think about what you absolutely must get done immediately, and focus only on that. If you are juggling and multi-tasking, you may end up getting less accomplished, had you completed one task at a time according to its urgency. 2.) Express gratitude in everything you encounter. When you start realizing that things could be a lot worse than they are, you will find that you become more appreciative even in light of the challenges of the day. It's hard to be grateful and complain at the same time. Gratitude is an energy field that welcomes abundance. 3.) Get the lesson. Stop resisting. There's a growth lesson in every interaction. When you resist learning, you resist growth. Sometimes, we view opposition as an attack. You counter that with a change of personal resolve, thus disarming your opposition. By saying, this is meant to teach me, not harm me, you regain your own personal power. When you are mentally still enough to allow a situation or circumstance to teach you, you will find that you are less defensive, and more open proactive in seeking an amicable resolve. You only have today, so make this your BEST day ever!
